I Make My Every Day Count Using These Simple Steps
Make every day count is a continuous effort that you can do to make your life more beautiful. The human mind can neither grasp the meaning of one second nor of one year. Seconds are too short, they are like the drops in a rain, infinite in number and insignificant. Years are too long: what will you do in one or ten years is so far away that you cannot really answer or grasp the question. Days are what really matter to us.
We can project ourselves in one day and we can really remember what we were doing a day ago. Optimizing Yourself and Actualising Your dreams every day makes sure that you are in a better position the next day. Do this for a few years and then you can stop counting because then you will have entered the infinite loop of self-perfection and self-unfoldment. You will have perfected yourself, your day, and your life.
Also, Never get satisfied easily with what you have, desire for more, and one will automatically start improving themselves. Utilize every day, target things on a daily basis, try to accomplish, try to cross your limits, that is the real definition of hard work. The gaiety one will feel after completing their target’s, crossing their limit will only help them to improve and become better.
“It is quite easy to get caught up in the trap of thinking that this day does not matter much given all the days that lie ahead of you”.
A great life is nothing more than a series of great, well-lived days strung together like a beautiful necklace of pearls. Every day counts and contributes to the quality of the end result. The past is gone, the future is a figment, so this day is really all you can own. Invest it wisely.
Energy is the key to your success. Any person who is old enough to understand things happening in his surroundings would know that without being energetic, no one can do anything. Because lack of energy in one’s mind and body lead to laziness and delay in the completion of his work. Staying energetic is not easy, but it is not very tough until you give it a try.
Below are some ways to keep your mind and body energetic and make your days count.
Move on in life if something hurts you
Sticking back to something that’s been hurting is the worst way in which people nowadays waste their time. Moving on in life is like pulling out a glass piece off of your skin, it hurts a lot in the beginning but eventually, that’s what prevents you from letting it infect you and your mind.
Start investing your time in your ideas and in new innovations
There couldn’t probably be anything equally amazing as that. Don’t expect much when you do so. I will tell you the truth, most of the time you will end up somewhere you never wanted to be, all your work will go in vain. Might be that you fail with 99 of your ideas, everyone else does, but that one idea that is supposed to work for you will be enough to make it up for all that you have failed at.
Socialize with others and enjoy some time
Nowadays, people are so active on the so-called, social media but fail to socialize with people who they come across in real life. Make sure you spend enough time with people who are close to you. Just shut your gadget and have a talk with them.
Travel a lot and create memories
Travelling is always a great way to come across new people, new aspects of life, a lot of adventure and a huge amount of knowledge. From my viewpoint, traveling is that book that can provide you the knowledge and experience that no book in the libraries can ever do. Travelling has a lot of benefits.
Limit time on social media
Set a goal for no more than half an hour every day. Use your free time outside this to read, solve a crossword, meditate, or take online courses. You do not have to cut out social media entirely but this should not be a primary focus.
Not every minute of the day needs to be productive
Your brain needs off time too. During your off time, walk, take a nap or read the news. Even if you do not like this routine, by integrating such activities that encourage self-development, which you enjoy, your mind will automatically familiarize itself and settle into this routine. This will help you find inner satisfaction both over the long term and short term.
Learn something new every day
It could be a new language, new word from the dictionary, musical instrument, or dance step. I read books every day to learn from people’s experiences and gain advice. If you really have no job or occupation, then you could join a full-time dance or music school to wholly learn a new skill.
Explore new things
Make it a habit that you do not shut your eyes to sleep if you have not learned anything new on that day. It does not have to be something really great but it might bring about an unimaginable revelation within you but just anything good no matter how small it is. For example, it could be the translation of the phrase “I love you” in any other language that you learn to put a smile on your better half’s face. All that matters is that you learned something.
Make time for yourself
It’s important to take the time to relax and unwind. Whether you take a nap, take a bath, or spend time on social media, that is your YOU time and that is so important to keep that a part of the list. Something I always like to do is to reward myself for the work I have done is when I get into bed. It is something that doesn’t take effort and that I enjoy but I won’t allow myself to do it unless I complete my tasks for the day. It is a way to incentivize my list.
Hammering the last nail, I would like to jot down that While it’s important to use large chunks of time when planning, I believe it’s important to mentally view the smallest chunks of time when we’re actually living and take notice of every moment of our lives.
I Make each day count by being aware that my life is lived one minute at a time, the more of a conscious effort I will make the more I will get the most out of every moment.
